At Uber Eats Shop, we want you to love your gear as much as your favorite meal, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all non-perishable merchandise. Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, any food-related items or customized apparel must be in original, unused condition.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Log into your Uber Eats Shop account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a prepaid shipping label.

    Package Your Items

    Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside the box.

  • 3.
    Ship It Back

    Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location using the provided shipping label within 7 days of generating your return request.

  • 4.
    Receive Your Refund

    Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
